1) Leg Extensions 3*12,10.08
2) Barbell Squats 4*16,14,12,10
3) Leg Curls 3*12,10,08
4) Overhead Walking Lunges (wt. plate ovr hd)
5) Front Squats 3*10,08,06
6) 16 mins cycling at a high resistance – Alternate 1 min high intensity followed by 1 min moderate intensity.
